What refresh rates apply to OFF and ON?

like I have: 60, 70, 75, 85, 100, and 120 Hz options for my refresh rate

yes, imo better grip with less hz and better comression makes bonces and brutals much more fun :)
So for Uphill it's "Off" and 120hz that makes you do the fast brutalbounce.. Kinda makes the wheel slide much more on the ground without losing speed. Watch Zworqy's recent style-rec on Hi Flyer and oyu'll see what I mean..

Elma will never be fair. :P I guess it's impossible to ever make it even for all people. Some have comps that can do some tricks easier, some have better keyboard ect.

However I believe it is possible to you to change vsync even though you say you can't. You just have some weird gfx card where the setting is hard to find. Maybe time to change your gfx card anyway?
