I've added this to http://www.vk0.dk/elmadk .
You just download the lev, make a run, login/register&login and upload the rec.
it allows users to upload levs which will then be played when it's its turn, which will happen automatically if you upload a file ending in .lev.
Users can also rate the levels played.
Battles last a week and end/start sundays at 20:00 in my timezone(?).

it is indeed a good idea.
I think i changed it, my server stopped working just as i was about the upload the last change.
Anyways, this is how it works:
when there are atleast 3 levs in the queue, 2 battles at once will start.
when there are atleast 5 levs in the queue, 3 battles at once will start.
Currently there are 3 battles going at once, but that is because of testing. Next week it should start normally... if anyone uploads a lev.
