First Open Ukrainian Championship

The First Open Ukrainian Championship on Elma will take place on October, 21 in Dnepropetrovsk.
The place of championship is HighTechCentre situated on Kharkovskaya, 8.
Registration of participant is 10$.
All including - computers, beer, prises.

Championship will pass in RusNET on #elma.ru

The rules:
1. Players can use Elma 1.0, 1.1x, 1.2
2. No any programs for cheat
3. Player must give his .lev and .rec files after each event
4. Pointing system will be chosen by players

Any dope, except for beer, is forbidden
