Definitely, I do it several times on occasion. I used to wonder if there were pillows that would remain cold, back when I was a kid.

is just best to put head on cold pillow. pillow is the most important part of bed. i love pillows that are big, so it has like 3-4 cold sides.

well, i don't know why, but somehow my ears are very sensitive to both sound and temprature. if it's cold, my ears will be the first parts of my body to freeze, and if it's hot, my ears will be the first parts to, well, become hot.
so when in bed, which jeu, is hot, i need to flip my pillow to cool my ears, otherwise the heat will bother me to the point where i can't sleep.

right now my ears are hot. way hotter than say, my hands. i tried holding a semi-cold cd to my ear. it didnt work. i think ill go get a newly flipped pillow instead. <3

I have that with my fingers. impsy, at 0 celsius my hands freeze off even with gloves on. I bet at -10 they'd be freezing even with super thick ones.

I turn my pillow but it's not for the heat's sake it's for the unsqueezed side's sake.

Sach hate when the pillow gets too thin.

depends a lot when have you eaten the last time and how much did you eat, does for me at least. eat 10sandbitches 3hours before going to bed, guaranteed to have higher heart pulse(sleeping pills are based on lowering the pulse) than without eating, hell just noticed this yesterday, cheeks burning. voted no anyway because i try to not eat after 7pm, so usually there is no problem

also the sleep rhythm and clock in ze branez have a big role,

I have absolutely no problem with eating before slepa, I guess you're this: nab.

But I do have to remark that indeed in winter I flip my pillow a lot less than in summer. I noticed this recently, after reading this topic.
