Scheduling elma?

Scheduling elma?
I've been wondering, when getting older, getting out of shape, you might not be at your best anymore. Also when having done thing X for years and years, you will have motivation problems, unless your love to the thing X is very exceptional(which I'll never believe though). This applies to elma as well, right? I've been saying that elma can be considered as a hobby, some say elma is sports, hell, some say that elma is a religion. This question is a big one, should one force himself to play elma even if (s)he doesn't enjoy it? I think it's possible and a good idea(lol I really don't).
For example, take some youth hobby you enjoyed a while(football), but after certain amount of time it became only an annoying remnant in your schedule, but you still kept doing it. Now we get to the point. Say you quitted the youth hobby, can you now say, as older, that you regret quitting it? I can say I regret quitting the football hobby, or pretty much any other hobby for that matter.
So I've lately been thinking about scheduling elma, just for the purpose of getting results and of course battling is enjoyable almost always, so it's not necessarily something you force yourself into.
I've written a little example schedule for elma, it approves a casual approach, which I prefer nowadays (or at least for the time being).
Monday:
11.55-12.00 Höyling warm up.
12.00-13.30 Stylefinding. (remember to not eat lunch before excersise!)
20.00-21.00 Battling.
Tuesday:
11.55-12.00 Höyling warm up.
12.00-14.00 Hardcore internal höyling. (one of the two main excersises of the week!)
Wednesday:
Rest. Remember to stretch your muscles! You might have to höyl warm up to avoid injuries.
if you can not restrain yourself from elma, you can battle an hour in the evening. But it is important to have a mental break even from elma, for the future adventures!
Thursday:
11.55-12.00 Höyling warm up.
12.00-13.00 Excersise free of choice(höyling/cruising/battling/stylefinding). As we know, it is good to do a lot of different kind sports for having a little diversity in your excersising, strengthening, possibly, the weakest elma muscles
Friday:
11.55-12.00 Höyling warm up.
12.00-12.40 Stylefinding
13.00-15.00 Hardcore internal höyling mixed with a bit of external höyling in between here and there to give brains some time to process the information gained from internals!
Saturday:
Wednesday's schedule. This is very important, it is recommended to have a break, so that the brains can process all the pieces together. Sleep as much as possible, do some joga or what the fuck it is called
Sunday:
This day it is necessary to not höyl warm up, so you don't lose the magic touch you've been practicing for the past week. yes, yes I know, it is dangerous to go full out with cold muscles. But we are ready to take the risk, and it is important that you trust me. Trust me plz
9.00-9.05 WR making.
9.05-23.00 Chatting on #across and every now and then, asking px whether he's around and if he could update the table.
note: it is possible to play battles also during the day, if the #across becomes boring at any time. However, one should never forget that asking px to update the WR's is very exhausting job and also it is very difficult to get him to do it, it takes a great deal of concentration, lur(k)ing him and stuff like that. So you might want to avoid battling, to not miss your once in a lifetime chance to get px to update the WR's.

BTW THIS TOPIC WAS MERELY A JOKE, SOMETHING TOTAL BULLSHIT I WROTE ON THE LUNCHBREAK FOR FUN JUST TO WRITE SOME ENGLISH SOMEWHERE. APPARENTLY YOU DONT HAVE TO BE A FUCKING CANADIAN TO MISUNDERSTAND THE WHOLE POINT. I TRIED TO AVOID THAT THE TOPIC WONT BE 100% OBVIOUS JOKE, APPARENTLY I FAILED TO DO SO. I AM VERY SORRY AND WILL ALWAYS WRITE ONLY SERIOUS POSTS.

AAAAAÃÃÃ…Ã…Ã…Ã…Ã…hahaha =)
But, to take this thread to a higher level, yes, I've been thinking of making a schedule, as to not spend too much time on belma/lauta. But how hard it would be.
