Grounded from elma

Post by Chris Penrose »

My parents thought I was spending way too much time on elma... and...

...THEY GROUNDED ME FROM IT FOR A WEEK...!!!

No bloody elma for a week. How am I gonna survive?

Already one day has passed, and my hands are shaking, my eye twitches involuntarily when anyone says a word that sounds even a little bit like Elma, Elasto or Mania.

I tried to secretly play while nobody was around, but my dad put all my elma stuff on a CD and hid it somewhere.

AAAAHH!!!

This is torture. TORTURE I tell you!

I'm struggling to even write this, as my hands are shaking more and more. But only 6 days left... heheeheeheehehe.... okay... eek!

At least I can still drink coffee. Need... coffee...

Quivering in the corner of the room like im on drugs or something, I let out a high pitched shriek.
"AAAAEEEEEIIIIIIIII!!!!!"
My mum sympathises.
"Maybe we should let him play his little game. It's not that bad for him to be on the computer so long is it?"
My dad disagrees.
"Blah blah blah blah... got to learn blah blah blah... bad for his eyes... blah blah blah..."
"But look at him"
"AAAEEEII!! RAGGA RAGGA WEEEEE!!!"
"He's faking it. Chris you're not fooling anyone blah blah blah..."

The old "bad for his eyes" cliché huh? They've gotta come up with something better than that.

This deserves an omg! hahaha i feel bad....i have to say, nothing like that has ever happened to me before, if I got grounded from something, its not just a single game, its the damn system, be glad you can still talk to us who still have the "privealage" of playing the game.

anyways, if you cant control the urge no more, download shareware and pass time...

just dont get caught, from past experience; punishments get worse if caught doing something not suppose to!

About that eye thing...scientists have proven that it is not bad for your eyes AT ALL to be infront of a computer.
Was it cast for the mass who burn and toil?
Or for the vultures who thirst for blood and oil?

My dad complained that I played Elma too much so I showed him the game and he started playing it, with 2 weeks he had finished all the internals.

That solved my problems, maybe you should get your parents to play aswell 8)

I've been grounded for several times :)
Cos i havent learnt enough, or was very very angry when i would have to shut down the computer, or didnt tell i was going to a friend, or anything. My parents punishing me quite not often, but when they do, it is always something with elma or computer..
btw, theres a password on my comp so i can play only when they let me, cos in those good old days i was playing elma a lot. Got back from school, elma and elma, no learning. Anyway, thats what i would do again if there wouldnt be that damn password..

i've never been gorunded for a long period of time

it's more like when i've been playing a lot on the weekend my parents say
'maybe you should lay off elma for a few days'

with the getting home and playing elma all afternoon, i have a big family and only one computer so i can't really spend that much time playing
maybe that's why everyone gets their total better than me so easily

i've been on holidays quite a few times and craved elma :P
TWO weeks without elma. but i guess i get to go surfing or whatever instead when im on holiday:)
