New and want to download full version and created levels

I played this game a lot in 2002-2003 or so and want to play again. I'm not sure how to download any version other than the crappy 18-level version. I want the full version, and some levels that people have created on their own. I've searched and searched and can't find a place to download the game. Can somebody help me please?
