Stream Elma in Fullscreen
It's possible to stream in Windows 10 (version 1903 by today) by simply using OBS, it works with ddraw.dll and fullscreen mode.
You use "Capture game" in OBS and just choose eol.exe from the list of running applications.
OBS Settings
Bitrate: I'm using 4000 kbit/s video and 160/320 kbit/s audio and I have a 100 Mbit fiber connection.
FPS: Streaming in 60 fps I believe.
More to come..

Dxtory (old)
To stream elma in fullscreen you have to use Dxtory and OBS, while these two programs is running they will need quite some resources from your computer, especially from the cpu. If you have a high-end cpu it will make elma run more smoothly.
I have an overclocked i7 4770K at 3.5GHz and I can run elma at around 400 fps while streaming.
Programs
Install these two programs, I will explain how to set them up.
Dxtory
You can use the default profile, I created a specific for testing purposes.
The settings you should change are these:
Ignore OBS and any other unwanted application in Dxtory. When you start EOL.exe it will popup in the list.
Choose what FPS overlays you wanna show, first time you stream you want to see what FPS you are getting, you always want to see whether you are recording or not (Record status) because you will have a hotkey button to start/end the recording. The overlays will only be seen by you and not in the stream.
Choose a hotkey button to use for start/end recording.
Change output to directshow. Choose what FPS you want to stream in. Try a lower at first and see how it goes, remember to change to the same value in OBS later.
Disable sound.
Go to Video Settings
Change to the correct settings of your setup. You will find "Output1" in OBS later.
OBS
Add Video Capture Device, choose dxtory

Also found this old topic by Ecchi http://mopolauta.moposite.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=8513, he found Dxtory first!
To moderators: Possible to make this a sticky? Thanks in advance.

Re: How to stream Elma in fullscreen
Can someone with really good computer setup try to stream elma and see how the playing flows?
For me it's a bit low fps, I had better when I tried it at first, dunno what happened since then.
Maybe I can try to experiment with different settings, but I would be glad if someone else also found interest in this! =)
