Do you want Elma 2?
Moderator: Moporators
sure i want! i mean, why not? as lukaz said you can still stick to elma1 if you feel like not liking it or something. as long as it would have physics as in original elma without removing bugs as bounces i would be satisfied. new look of elma might let this game survive a little bit longer and attrackt more players and expand the community

It's very natural to think like many does who have played the game for a long time. The game has simply become so part of your life that interference is not needed nor hoped for. By interference I mean radical changes with the game.
As Ky said normally games are updated within three years. Six years is too much for many. The game has grasped you and wont let you go.
That's why I really hope for a new version. It's time to step forward.

No it wasn't. Damn vertex bugs. :/berhabdul wrote:Ehh, Elma shouldn't have been released. Action Supercross was perfect.
i've played elma for at least 5 years now... and i would at least like some new internal lvls. (Something that I'm max scared about in the new elma.. What if the levels suck?) Also the new features that will be in the game.
But i'm losing hope since the game is so delayed.

yeh like the current internals dont suck...

I'm not sure if i want to see a totally new elma with new physics and other shits but, new internals would definitly be fun... ( only if they are as damn annoying and as full of shortcuts as the actual ones )

It says clearly in the readme file that it's illegal. For those of you who haven't read it.

But we're using common sense here, and everything in favour of the scene. The scene obliges us to have elma patched/modified to these great heights, and our scene is more relevant than the copyright of the game.
And yes, therefor we're all criminal and responsible for the copyright infliction. But balazs stands no chance to our interests, maybe that's the reason too he lost motivation for another version anyway.

I don't get how someone could possibly want Elma 2.
Do you want a different physics engine?
Better graphics? Maybe 3D?
Major decrease in the popularity of the original Elma?
My opinion - patch the original Elma if you want better editor and better options. I accept Elma 1.99, but I'm against Elma 2.
