What about a button for reloading the color pallette so you can fix the inverted colours if you get a popup window or something during play, instead of having to restart the level, this might even be possible to patch.

Okay, so yesterday i was max bored, so i downloaded the newest Beta of Xmoto (0.2.2). With no surprise, the physics of the bike absolutely sucked. But there were plenty of super good ideas i wish could be invented for elma.
Well to start with, you should all go download XMoto 0.2.2, because its pretty hard to explain.

One feature i found cool was that when you played a level you already won before, you would see a ghost biker, driving like you did in your fastest ride. That way, you can see, just like a replay, where you drive faster and slower than your best time. Its such a good feature to know exactly where you are against your best time. Go try out the feature.

Another great feature is the support of the internet. When you enter game you can always click "load WR's". Then there will be a "WR" beside your time, so you can compare with WR. You can also automaticly watch all WR replays which are allowed to be shared.

Actually, this is pretty much what i want in Elasto Mania 2, and it would be near perfect if the physics of the bike was just like in Elma ;).

If i should point out one thing i miss, then i miss stats over your plays. Been mentioned a thousand times before. Stuff like how many times one have completed a certain level. All kinds of stats. And maybe in-game Stats.txt

Dunno if this has been said already:
You should be able to open your stats.txt in the elma game. Like an option in the menu or something.

Yeah exactly, and also you could fix so that all stats (beginner, OK, good, pro etc...) are in the game. If you know what I mean.

I just started making some Levs and what really annoyed me was, that there is no way to use "standard textures" like plain red, blue black withe...
I Don t want elma to have an editor where everything is possible cuz i think it just wouldn t fit. But you should have the option to use normal colors instead of making many trees fit at the vertex (for making the vertex green...)

And the possibility to set the startpoint to different positions. Maybe that idea was allready there!? ^^

And another (funny,) helpful thing would be if you could set notices to the lvl like "2 times alo 1 times normal volt" but not direktely in the lvl!
Everyone could set his own notices and they only apear if the player is nearby (shitty englisch sry -.-")

Different kind of fruits - for excample if there were n yellow fruits you'd have to collect n-1 yellow fruits. =)
Or n blue fruits - collect n-2!

How many blue fruits you have seen in nature? Anyway, that would suck. Maybe apple picking order, but some number inside apple..

On external times too, and there should be an option like "View best time ride" in the sub- menu for the external/ internal level.

Anyone who claims that elma2 would be a disaster since elma is still on its top, doesn't do just to elma days in earlier times.

I wish there were two play options in the menu, one above the other. This so you could hold break while pressing enter so you don't have to leave the level menu to have break under pressure while starting the level. like this:

YES! That is so irritating when you always press down and watch replay instead of playing, because you press brake in start of level. :x

just use other keys than the arrows to play. i use O,K,L,Ö and it works perfectly ;)

wtf? haven't you thought of a solution to this yet naabs? If you haven't noticed there is an up arrow on your keyboard also (i assume). If you want to start with brake just hold down brake then press the up arrow once and enter! I do this by reflex max fast all teh time :/

I think that in editor you should be able to right click on a polygon and choose texture.
1. Because it's so annoying making like 2000 masklitts and having to change the g/s/u.
2. Because many masklitts makes the level really big, and if it's like in a very tight pipe, a little more laggy.
And also that you should eb able to select g/s/u as default before making the textures.

Maybe a ghost too, but only like a dot in the navigator, not "in the game".

This one isn't that necessary, but mayby a "medium" at video detail, where you can see the pics, textures, grass and such, but transparent in the background. That way they don't annoy you, but the level still looks much nicer. :D
