That life isn't fair when Ursäkta Röran (Vi bygger om) gets cancelled after 4 epidodes, despite being one of the best shows ever. They got sued by like 100000 people/companies, so they couldnt keep making it. :/

Mostly this week but, we learned about Graphs
The notion itself is quite simple but, the multiple algorithms like Floyd and Warshall are a bit more difficult to apply in programmation.
I guess i'll understand it sooner or later!

This week, I learnt an extremely important triple jump phase, the step, I used to have a really small step, but now I've stretched it out! About a metre further!
Phase includes preparing, swing the other leg way back, upon contact, swing it forward and aggressively thrust the knee up, on to the jump phase.

- The acronym LYONS stands for Liquid Yield Option Notes; a form of zero-coupon bonds which are simultaneously callable, puttable and convertible
- According to econometric data, mergers typically add 2-3% of market value for the firms involved
- My friend is selling a ticket to a ball next week for 40 pounds
- The most obvious policy implication of J. Lin's paper, "Rural Reforms and Agricultural Growth in China (1992), American Economic Review 82 (1), is that the shift away from collective farming to the 'Household-Responsibility System' was emphatically the dominant driver of China's agricultural growth in the period 1978-1984
- There will be a solar eclipse on my birthday this year
Other stuff also, but I can't remember it all. It's been a moderately productive day.

Today, I learned nothing yet. But I just woke up. Yesterday I learned a bit of harmonization.
Re: What have you learned today ?
Today, I learned that Morello plays guitar with an allen's wrench in people of the sun. Not something I ought to try myself.

This has nothing to do with this topic but I wanted to share it.
Today my school had a competition. Every third class should decide a theme and dress out. My class chose an African Cannibal Tribe. You know, like black people with red pieces of cloth covering some areas and spears and such. So we bought acting paint and stuff like that and painted everyone black (apart from four guys who should be priests and tourists). Then we made our hair look very dirty and thick and some put bones through it. We made simple spears and shields and bows etc. Everyone was showing a lot of skin, the guys only had a skirt and underpants and the ladies had some kinda Roman inspired cloths. It was awesome! Some of us really looked like African Americans. Then we walked on the streets of Gothenburg and danced and sung and such until we came to the place where the competition was held. Everyone enjoyed watching it and kids thought it was fun to come and play with us . It was fucking fun!

Hey! I heard about it a few weeks before you did, and all those mangos in my class were giggling at the word rectum. How imbecile.John wrote:Heard the term "latus rectum" for the first time and learned that rectum means "straight"
Re: What have you learned today ?
why do people giggle at that word? when my calculus class first heard that term i was the only one who wasn't laughing. adults can be so childish sometimes, it's pathetic.
this morning i learned that if i eat too much spicy food my anus burns when i poop. ouch!

Re: What have you learned today ?
I'd giggle, had I someone to giggle with me. Giggling alone is just stupid.
