i think he has problem with non writable files or too old files

too bad that most of the russian höyläs use their own msgboard and none can help him here.......or at least it seems to take some time

My russian is bad ,but I think he sayd that he had the 1,11a version and then he upgraded to 1,11hb and when he enters the elasto mania then the sign internal error pops up and leavs the game.I think your elma.exe is screwed.
