alovolt setup problem !

Post by WkE »

I have a BIG problem with the alovolt patch setup !
1. I can't change the control-keys for the alovolt ! it's always going back to "rotate left" !
2. when i'm pressing "OK", it's says : "cannot write to elma.exe".
3. the main menu has changed, but except the merged replays, nothing works ! (the alovolt and the lev-packs... when I press on a lev-pack nothing happened).

pleeeease help me !

Levpacks thing only works if you have those levs in your "Lev" folder.

What patch is this btw, 1.11hb?
Was it cast for the mass who burn and toil?
Or for the vultures who thirst for blood and oil?

Seems like your Elma.exe is write-protected... this could be cause for both 1) and 2).
<Fihlvein> another case of zworqy-is-always-right closed i guess
<yoosef> zworqy doesnt suck at anything

Click mouse right button to elma.exe, choose properties and tick off "read only".

What he means is, the levpacks only work if you have one or more level(s) in your Lev directory that follows the pattern specified for the levpack. If a levpack has specified the pattern lev???, then levels called lev003.lev or lev517.lev will be available under that pack. A level with the name lvl003.lev will not.
