If the perches are big enough! But otherwise the pike is the best!

Few summers ago when I was out canoeing with my mom I got a pike with fishing rod (hook, float and a stick basically) and with only a piece of loaf as bait. The funny thing is that earlier that evening I had gotten around 7-10 perches and my mom thought I was bit lucky so she said "Soon u get the big old pike" and I said "You dont get pikes with fishing rod" in a way that would make her feel bit stupid. Next second the float just disappeared and the fishing rod looked like a upside down U. Few mins later I got the pike up on land, took few pics and then threw it back into the water... :)

Edit: I dont fish often at all, last time was that above and it that is 5 years ago.

can't confirm nor deny. never fished... did you?
<Pawq> at a gym you have only 3 options: 1. have your eyes closed, 2. stare at yourself, 3. stare at others, all of which are either super boring or disgusting

I like fishing but did it only 3-4 times. It's fun, I don't know why. Maybe because it's completely different of what I usually do, I would probably not go fish 20 times a month.
