Opened again.

I just want to mention the idea of this thread so that all are clear on that. I'm supposing this should be like the TV game show Jeopardy, which is kind of reversed, in that the host names the 'answers', and the contestants are to come up with appropriate 'questions'. So here in this thread one user names an 'answer', and the next one comes up with a good 'question' to suit that answer, and then he names a new 'answer' for the next person to reply to. The one who names the 'question' has to begin his sentence with a 'what is/who is/how" etc.

But please keep the 'answers' somewhat good and challenging, so it won't simply become a kind of spam topic.
Was it cast for the mass who burn and toil?
Or for the vultures who thirst for blood and oil?

All right, perhaps it wasn't very challenging, I'll admit, but at least there have been two posts without either naming the solution ;)

I=current not intensity, mabey they can mean the same thing but they can also mean different things. Current being the number of electrons flowing through a point for a certain period of time, yes it could be seen as intensity but it's not really the correct word.

The question to my answer above is 'what are clouds made of'
