from Jan to Dec:

Holidays: 4 weeks
Term 1: 10 weeks
Holidays: 2 weeks
Term 2: 10 weeks
Holidays: 2 weeks
Term 3: 10 weeks
Holidays: 2 weeks
Term 4: 5 weeks
Study Leave: 3 weeks
Christmas Holidays: 4 weeks

something like that...
right now week 3 of term 4 has just finished, so i have study leave soon, and after exams i have 2 months of holidays. i'm sure olly will agree with me on this.

My holidays (the Gregorian date is variable coz its by the Jewish calendar, so I'll take only this year's dates):

jan to dec:

3.3 - 5.3: Purim Holiday
24.3 - 10.4: Pessah Holiday
23.4: half-holiday for Memorial Day
24.4: Independence Day Holiday
6.5: Lag Ba'omer Holiday
22.5 - 24.5: Shavuot Holiday
22.6 - 31.8: Summer Vacation
22.9 - 24.9: Rosh Hashana (parallels to New Year's)
1.10 - 2.10: Yom Kippur
6.10 - 15.10: Sukkot Holiday
16.12 - 23.12: Hanukkah Holiday

Tarm 2: 12 wakse

Holidaze: 2 weeks

terM 3: 9 wookz

Holidaye:z 1 weekse

Tern 4: 10 weeks (nine really- the tenth week is for catch up work or failed tests)

Holidays: 6 weeks! \o/
