sorry to be so strict in this matter, but I think EVERYONE who is proven to have cheated, no matter what the cheat is, should have a ban proportionate to their cheat...
for example like now, when ppl get caught cheating a wr for the second time they get a life time ban, which is fair.
now for this there could be a month ban for cheating in battles for telling fake times, maybe more maybe less let a vote decide for example...
just think that any cheat should have a penalty!

Yes I agree that every intentional cheating case should be punished but of course we should look what type of cheating it is and according to that decide what the penalty will be. About this type of cheat (battle .01 better fake time to win) I'd say the first time a little penalty, which will mostly affect the cheaters overall image. After getting caught and doing it again the penalty should be much more strict.
But I don't know wheter these rules should be written because that would make cheating more systematic, in a way.
