TT or WR? How can it be?

Do you play mainly for TT of WRs?

No doubt everybody plays for TT of course, but there exist the opposite cases, no one can deny. For example I remember passing Tantal in TT not long ago, and now I have better TT than Jarkko and ffs I am not even dreaming or trying to get a WR any time soon, does that mean I'm too fuckin lame or just those few guys (maybe there are others) don't give a fuck about TT?

(I mean Tantal's state is last updated 10 August 2004 so I really should be wrong about him, but Jarkko's is 24 April 2006)

i think tantal could have 39 tt in one or two months if he care...
this very high tt guys with wr simply dont care about tt

Sure many ppl don't play for TT, but still play a few levels hard. We all know if I played for TT for real 36 mins limit would have been beaten ages ago.

I hate all the long levels and know that I never get good times in those so thats why my TT sucks.

I dont play for tt. I only play the levels i like...
but a wr is not possible for me

I see karlis as the best example of someone that commits himself only to wrs, giving little meaning to his TT.

Mainly i play for TT, but when i get good time (liek in preca 27.xx -> 24.8x) in liek 10 mins or i think that i could get wr for some lev, i start hoyling it.

I play for target times ( probably not big news

But i only play for fun, when i'm bored of ints, i'll just play some externals for fun, until i find hoyling motivation again.
Btw, i'll surely take a hoyling break when i get under 42, now that i have no internals worse than good targets
