File list generator

Post by ThanaTos »

do you know a good prog that allows you to make a nice and ordered text list of all my files, such as music, progs, movies, games, ect.

look ThanaTos,
life is fucking short so I'd never bother with stuff like sorting files by size or resolution... all you need is the NAME, and i suppose you know the alphabet so it shouldn't be a problem to find anything. In the worst case u can still use CTRL+F function :)

ThanaTos, I have a solution for you:

1. copy all your files into 1 directory
2. start your favorite file manager (Windows Commander, FAR etc.)
3. now you can sort your files for name, extension and size
4. pray to me

I cant remember what its called, but there is a prog that sorts all fins in a givin directory or multiple directories, then puts them in a .txt file type list. search download.com or google.com and you'll find it, and if you use mirs go to #windows95 on dalnet, those guys can answer any pc question you ask, and tell you about most progs, if you asked Im sure they'd know.
