I never did untill I downloaded some levels and the zip-file contained also this read-me-file.

Dear Mr.Ilja,
I don't have a readme file about this subject, but now I tell you that you
may distribute and upload to internet levels that you have created in the
editor. Is this enough for you instead of a readme file? I'm very happy you
like the game, thanks.
