Multiple Flowers Program

Post by Zooliolo »

I have made a program to easily have multiple flowers in a level. Just make apples with animation number 9 (Hibernatus came up with that) and run the program. But before I release it I want to know if I am doing the right thing as it could cause loads of n00b multi flower levels :x. Give me your opinions people.

multiflower levels are reachable easily anyway... It will change nothing if you release your program or not...
But it won't change nothing for me... I almost don't use the editor :)

with multiflowers there can be many more differnet kinds of levels. maybe we could get a generation of really good multi-player levs.

i dont think it will be easy to create a good level for purpose of many flowers, because when you see which route is fastest, you will only play that route anyway

i think you should release the program, it won't harm the scene or anything
also it would be better to have a prog like that instead on using that multiflower lev cuz on that lev you have like fifty-smth flowers so you can't make any apples and killers, bah

Can't you just delete the flowers?
Was it cast for the mass who burn and toil?
Or for the vultures who thirst for blood and oil?

I have put the program on my new site.

Keep checking my site for new versions because i'm sure there will be some bugs in it. Sorry if the site is slow but I will be getting a better host soon. I am also working on some new programs (a level mirrorer)

I hope some people can put this to good use. :D

Milagros has made this. Not published though, I think.

zooliolo, no offence, but shouldn't you try making some original stuff? multiple flower thing already exists (though your program makes it a little better, but still), and so does mirror-lev maker...

Well I need ideas. I have never had anything to program. So I made a set of C++ classes to simplify making level editing programs and decided to make a multiple flower level program to test it. Give me some ideas for other stuff.

you should make some stuff that would fit inside elma, like hib's.
someone should just take the existing lev editor and put on it all the stuff that everyone wants. that would be cool

Yeh, but I don't know how to do that reverse engineering stuff. I just know how to code. But it would be cool to have an extended level editor with move polygon, copy polygon etc.
