i've been asked to post memes regularly, and my activity here is a direct result of the good feedback I've been getting. I've even been reaching out to find new material since I've been posting so seldom - because of so little happenings in the scene. Of course it looks like a lot in a forum that's half dead. This community needs enouragement to stay alive imo.

Well, I remember enjoying this topic quite a bit before jonsykkel and ribot came along. I thought people were mostly posting rather clever pictures with good effort put into them. So as someone who is very used to resisting change, I find it a little difficult to simply accept that the thread turned into something I can't enjoy that much anymore due to the spam of stuff which seems very primitive and uncreative to me. But I guess I shouldn't make this thread all about myself either. So enjoy your memes, now with 100% less pretentious grumpy old men!
