Nitro-Elma Champ, legal?

Dear abula and pexi.
My English isn`t very good. I`m Russian.
I write to you, because I think, that you can help me. I play in
Russian Elastomania Championship, write on Russian forum.
I create Nitro-Championship. It`s Champ on Nitro-Elastomania. I create
his about 3 month ago. After, fatHER say me, that I closed this champ.
OK, I closed champ and create topic on forum. At this place people can
merge his time on level, Total time etc Today, Zordin and fatHER say
me, that this topic help cheater and they banned me from Russian
Elastomania championship. Say me, who right - they or I? I don`t say
nothing about cheater, don`t search and don`t use state editor.
NitroElma - it`s cheat? I don`t think. +10 minute? Hmm.
Please, help me, because I want write on Russian Elastomania forum and
play in Championship.

we banend you from channel and from forum.....
not from the championship.....

I`m cheater? I`m search state editor? I`m say, that may delete +10 minute from TT?
If I don`t create forum, it`s do any player. Anonimous do site about nitrochamp. I deleted this champ from my site. But any players play nitroelma, they want merge this result. In Elastomania many cheater. NitroElma isn`t cheat, it`s patch for fun play.
It`s my opinion.
For example, Anonimous can send e-mail to player. And they play at champ.
Forum - it`s place for conversation, CuBka-forum (http://forumy.ru/cubka/) was my forum and my champ (http://edrit.narod.ru). But I closed champ.

I agree that nitro is just a patch to play with for fun, and I dont think its cheating cuz it adds 10 mins to the time. If u remove those 10 mins with some stateeditor its of course cheating. But I guess u have to send in your recs to that championship and replays driven with nitro is "a little bit" faster then normal recs, so its easily detected...

Just read this topic. Have to say that thread he wrote isnt true. Its just some part of it coz he didnt write some moments.
Firstly I didnt only say him to close champ. I asked for that and i also telled the reasons of it: its because we dont have anticheating tools and any cheater, if he havent send his stats to moposite cant be detected. We have about 300 registered kuskis, so we cant send all states to abu and ask him for checking it. And nitro-champ easily could make ppl cheat. Btw, its really is so. Some guys, who knew about his site start cheating. So his behavior cause FIRST cheater in russia. And its a huge luck that we could detect 'em.
So i asked him to quit organaizing of nitro-champs and he consented. After that he and one another guy made new champ and advertize it through forum by PMs and maybe through mIRC too.
So appearance first cheaters in Russia is partly his fault.
After talking to him we understand that he doesnt understand his fault and easily can keep arrangine on. Because of that and for lieing he was banned from forum and #elma.ru. His fraze about he was banned on ussian Elastomania Championship is tottaly lie
His thread proves that he doesnt understand that arrangine of this is very bad. If he wanted to get help from Abu and px, he could use PMs or e-mail.
Moderators, could u please delete this topic coz of the reasons i said

Why this topic was locked? Topic name was "Please, Help" before I changed it.

I already mailed to sergburt and told Moposite's opinion. We don't recomment to use or spread it because it helps cheaters.

Sometime ago, I tough of making a nitro contest like this one, just in my own levels, but then I tourgh of that spreading it wouldn't be a good idea, like abula said.

I played alot nitroe when the creator of the prog had a site with records on internals. And sure Nitro made AAL and DJ cheat once, but I dotn think thats a risk anymore, cause it is so easlily detected, so statedit is easier then I guess. It didnt turn me into a cheater and I guess many (most?) players have it and it is not really a problem. Well, I understand the moposites weiw of it too... but. Well... I dotn see a reason for banning Sivka aka sergburt from russion Champ. And Alexy, you said he didnt wrote about all things himself, I didnt get from what you wrote what he did that was so bad. Rewrite and explain. If not for me, for segburt himself, doesnt seem as he understood reason for being left out.

Why don't you abula,px,father and others ban nitro advertising+other similar stuff from these official elma forums. Just write it to some rule section,dat its not allowed. Otherwise it's just stupid to claim this guy from anything,becau its legal. And after that ,yu could have a reason to ban him. - Â§ no forum user is allowed to take part in Nitro contests -

Well I'm against restrictions like that,becau I don't care, Nitro contest would be fun for me.

hey....did he make a patch to remove that +10minutes from your times?

If so,then I would say that it was pretty dumb done,otherwise i see no reason. Can someone please tell me if he made a patch to drive times without 10min addon
