Well I say make it, and if you dont want it, dont use it! Maybe if 'Pause button used' or summin could be written next to the time...blahh

Pause button can be very exciting, but there are both advantages and disadvantages that comes with it. I think I'm voting for it, but it will probably never appear, as it's so many different opinions on the case.

fuk having paus button, it the concentration you have to do to get to the flower that makes the game, if you can paus it go and make a coffee or plan the rest of your run from there it takes a bit of skill out of the game , although pausing the game and then unpausing as if noting has happened will become another skill in the game, but still NO pause button

Think impsybilities with pause. Just click pause on/off all the time and it's like slow motion, would be easier to play.

I'm against pause button, but if there was going to be one it would at least have to be limited in some way. Only 1 pause per run or something...
On second thought, that would be too complicated. Something like that anyway.

If they are for the purpose of being able to get the phone while
doing a good run then limit the amount of pauses to 1-2 per run.

That would make it impossible to do a cheat where you press pause
many times after another and therefore get the sence of timescale.

i dont think u can control the bike that well with pause button. but it's still a change in the game, not good unless it's a serious version.

I haven't read your posts, but my opinion is:
No pausing, at least untill the anti-cheat patch comes.
Then we'll see...

Cheating

Why would anyone want to cheat... it's only a game... nothing wrong with a pause button either.

You can ask that from all the guys on blacklist..
And I suggest you reading Abula's post again, pause done repeatly is like slow motion.
Why the hell should there be a pause anyway? Average level lenght is under one minute, do you really think it's necessary to have a pause?

And it would take away the exciting "oh my god I just did that impossible trick my hands are shaking!!!" feeling :D

I don't think any advantage could be made from this pause button except slowing down elma, which is of course a kind of cheat. Damn, i made nice run on kcup lev, about half hor ago, but i still can't type normally omg. I felt this last time more than a year ago, when making my first haircut wr :) I almost forgot how good is it

Yeah, of course, that's why people don't like it. If you've done well the first 20 seconds of a run you can just hit pause and plan how you're gonna do the rest. It's not quite as useful as saveload, but not far from it.

A pause button that only pauses the the bike and not the time, wouldn't that be something? If not then hib is right...
