Elma12 help

I have problem. After instaling Elma12 patch i get a grey screen when starting it. If i press any button the the game ends. I also get this error message in the elma folder :

"<<message.inf accessed>>
qopen nem talalta meg nagyfileban file-t!:
intro12.pcx"

What to do? I've tried averything.

ok i am writing this from a computer at school - and i nat haev best memory

reshack -> import pack

then yuore ready to paly

You must run resedit.exe and press "import pack" to make elma12 playable.
