Problems with #Battle and EVERYONE

Ok i do not understand! I was banned from the #battle chatroom, I was being flamed to death. "YOUR SUCH A NOOB!" "GO AWAY!" etc... I want this to stop. Why does everyone here insist on doing this, just think about what your doing before you type it in. WHY was I banned, I dont know but all I know is that some people here are very annoying, all i wanted to do was go and do some battles (ive only done a couple) and I WAS BANNED! I hope the people who banned me see this because i am .....

Ok now i was just kicked from #across
...

I dont know what to say but nevermind..

I will probably be kicked from this forum next so yay for all of you for getting rid of me,, hope your happy

I dont see a reason there.. I was just trying to get it to work. I tried explaining and then explained to the person who kicked me out but noone listens.

sometimes read what others write
liek: you should not play your own level (and you still play)
you should not set old level as battle lev (and you still do that and also play that)
and so on..

as far as i remember there is some notice like "to start new battle type /msg battlebot !help" as soon as you enter the channel, and he gives u step-by-step instructions. it's really just polite to do that if you aren't sure as a beginner. and as others have said above, common sense should have told you that your methods were not working and were perhaps getting annoying.

btw everyone...hes clearly a new player who just wants to play elma and needs to learn stuff...i have to admit that i dont even know much about battles (mostly cuz im not associated w/ #battle)...so i dont c why u cant have the patience to deal with one confused player...hes not trying to cuz trouble or do harm, hes an innocent beginner

Im not totally a newb, ive been playing this game since before christmas and I play it till like 3:00 in the morning so I get pretty good times, just never went to #battle and never had to do a bounce.

teh problem is this: he's been on #battle 3 days and started, umm, 14 battles, we've told him the basic rules etc but still he 1) starts battles with old levels 2) tells his own times on his own levs to teh bot 3) can't even msg battlebot but keeps flooding on the channel until he somehow manages to do it right. he just keeps ignoring the rules we keep telling him all over again. feels like he wouldn't completely understand teh idea of battling, or then he's just way beyond any other mongo there has ever been.

eyah, like most players are no longer noobs after two weeks of playing

don't start old battles means: don't start battles with levels that have already been used in battles.

the reason it didnt work for you is probably because you happened to copy a linebreak. when you paste text with a linebreak the command /msg might not work, because you happen to press ctrl. to avoid this, when you copy the url of your link, be careful to only copy one line, and not a space of a new line.

if you notice you've had a ban for over a day or something, just message on of the ops and ask for the ban to be taken away. most likely it was just forgotten on (duration wasn't set).
