Publish across wr recs?

Across runs already have to be runed live with webcam, so publishing recs are kinda just a formality here. ~95% of new live era recs is already public and the ones (old wr recs) which would be shared are already beaten, except soge's slippery. This would make every new across wr recs also public when a new table is up and makes a fair competition.
