The damn Alovolts

Post by Boomer »

I just can´t make the alovolts.

It always bee an supervolt. It happens sometimes that I make an alovolt, but it is very hard for me.

This is very frustrating, especially in levels where it is important to do an alovolt. Example: Circuitous, The Steppes etc.

So, do anybody have an hint? a clue? or something like that?

it is. So you are claiming that when you push the button alias for both left and right, the action you need to perform an alovolt, does not work?
try another button then, or just redo the configuration (ElmaConf.exe)

Supervolt is not the same as alovolt. A supervolt is what you get when pressing <- and -> simultaneously. Normally people would need a normal volt before the supervolt would begin, but occasionaly (more often for some than others) you would get a supervolt without the normal volt first. That's an alovolt: A supervolt without a normal volt first.

Anyway, boomer, I'm guessing you don't have the patches that enables you to do an alovolt by pressing a single button? Get one of those patches on Moposite (1.11hb or 1.2).

SveinR is totally right, just download the 1,11hb version, double click on the configuration button, select your controls and you'll have a button only for alovolts ! Isn't that great !

No, your times are stored in the state.dat file, not the elma.exe file. But it would be a good idea to backup your state.dat anyway..
