stats script (fixed the bango link)

displays level stats including best time, whether its world class/prof/good/ok/nab, and average time for a selected user from stats.txt:

just put the two files in mirc folder and type /load -rs stat.mrc

problems:

1. remove colours
2. when i type, for example, "/stat 01" it says this: "<sierra1> My best time for l -> WORLD CLASS (14:13) <- Average: 00:00"

you need to add a feature like "This is not a level!" or whatever

3. for some reason on WU it says my avg is 14.08
4. just my opinion, but it's too confusing to have the target time explicitly written ("14:13"), just have the title ("World Class")

why add "this is not a level"
why not make it work with both 01 and 1 like the other stats prog
