Re: akb feedback

Post by A.K.B. »

In previous thread I was given nice feedback from ribot:
although akb has good quality in expressing his and others thoughts with crystal clear precision i would like to comment on the following attributes:

pronounciation
intonation
clarity of speech
gestures
eye contact

1. as you might know, his lisp makes us all think he's cute, but does he have to (2) articulate certain words with such gapedness? then he sounds kinda like a teen with his relaxed tone of voice, and like a hippie on dope (3). His gestures are like a swedish politician, repeating like an infinite loop of half a message of body language (4)! And those fish eyes (5) makes you wonder where is he really looking at? i mean really, just staring into space!
Now I know my pronunciation can be a little shabby at times but my intonation I've always thought was nigh on perfect! I haven't payed too much attention to my gestures and eye-contact recently so they may indeed be lacking- thanks for pointing that out. As for clarity of speech I would still rate myself quite decently, at least a credit, leaning on distinction. Thank you ribot, this has been an eye-opener, further analysis would also be happily received.

Countless possibilities, all the good that could be done......AND THIS IS WHAT U CAME UP WITH!?!? Wtf, u just rid me of countless seconds of potential time to do something constructive or otherwise useful.

Someone lock these mindless spam-threads plz

Never the less, regardless of what i spend my time on, the fact remains: Creating this thread (as well as me commenting on it) is fairly idiotic in many ways in which i'd consider any action meaningful, worth using time on,
(which leads to a conclusion that u a) have too much time on ur hands B) U have non-existent social life, so u try to gain some attention here C) U have some slight psychological issue, resulting in obsession in philosophy, life-curing-guides and religion and also leading u to act as a some sort of home-couch-Dr.Phil)....And now i forgot the rest of my ultimatum xD

Whatever, have fun
Dude, I did not mean to dodge your post.. I just thought you'd get the idea. Actually you did put in some quite good points in your post. The evolution and achivements of man are indeed great and they are far greater than we can actually understand. But you think we have rid almost all human rights violations, which I don't agree with at all, but that's another discussion. And then, what are you saying really? This is what I came up with, yes, and your point?

Creating this thread was valuable for me and for AKB, just to name the obvious. It was not valuable to you or the topic locker. Of course, since you spent time to actually debate on this topic, the value of this debate (including your arguments) rest upon the creation of this topic.

In reply to you trying to conclude a judgement of me:
I have no obligation to answer what kind of person I am, certainly not in the context of you trying to insult me. You are of course free to think what you want of me, although the reasoning behind this conclusion cannot be strong at all. The amount of time I spend on mopolauta is in no way accordingly to having too much time (unless you mean coming to an almost dead forum is an expression of having too much time... and that should reply to having a social life as well). Then this thread was not about psychology but communicating on the level of as-is on a virtual level to another mind that transcends the mundane expression of every-day life.

There is a lot more progress and productivity you can do than... well, than what you think. Obviously you missed the point of this thread, and chose to behave in the manner which you yourself judge as idiotic. So..good luck with that!

To be honest, i had no point what so ever. I just have a bad habit of commenting in a seemingly agressive manner anything i find even a bit inlogical or out of context when i'm tired (and yesterday i hadn't slept in 1.5 days). So yeah, anything i pointed out had no intent of personal insult and my reasoning and expression is probably a bit half witted

More over, the human rights, yes there are huge problems with that and human rights probably excel in only like less than in half of the nations in the world (i probably just used that as an example to make the final point of this threads "uselessness" more striking)

Funny actually to see all the stupid stuff i've been doing, now that i've slept it seems so over the top :D
